I just signed up for my subscription, when should I expect my order to arrive?

The cut off to receive your box this month is the 21st at 7:59PM EST.  Orders placed after the 21st 7:59PM EST will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the order being received.  After the initial order, your subscription will be billed for renewal on the 15th of every month.

When will my monthly subscription renew?

Each subscription will renew on the 15th of every month with your subscription being shipped between the 17th - 23rd.

What items are included?

Authentic Theme Park Merchandise from Disney Parks and Universal Orlando.

What is the difference between one-time purchase and subscription purchase?

1. One-Time purchase: If you select one of our boxes from the “One-Time” purchase section you will be billed for that month only and will not receive a box on a monthly basis.

2. Subscription purchase: When you purchase one of our subscription boxes you will automatically be billed on the 15th of every month and a subscription box will be mailed to on a monthly basis.

Are you affiliated with Disney?

We are not affiliated with the Walt Disney Company. Themepark Monthly is a subscription box service with handpicked souvenirs and snacks exclusively from Disney and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter delivered directly to your door every month.

How do I upgrade or change packages?

Once you create a profile through our website and subscribe to one of our boxes, you will be able to edit/upgrade the package(s) you want to receive.

Can I send as a gift?

Yes, we offer a one-time subscription option that you can purchase for someone else. Just follow these steps:

1. Select the “One-Time Subscription” tab on our main homepage.

2. Choose the product(s) you want to gift and add it to your cart.

3. Fill out the “Shipping” (the person you are gifting to) and “Billing” (The person making the purchase) information.

4. Select the “this is a gift” option. We will need the full name and email of the person you’re sending the gift to. This information will be used to send a shipping confirmation via email to the recipient of the box.

5. If this purchase is a surprise for the receiver, use your personal email to receive the shipping notifications and package information.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address by logging into your account:

1. Select the subscription you have with us

2. Select the “change your address” option.

How do I change my credit card?

You can change your credit card information by logging into your account:

2. The option to edit your billing information will be on the page.

Do you offer custom boxes?

At the moment, we do not customize any of our subscription boxes. When you purchase a Themepark Monthly subscription, you will receive authentic themepark souvenirs handpicked by our team with the goal of bringing you a magical surprise each month. Trust us, the anticipation will be worth the wait!

How do I participate in Giveaways?

There are two ways to participate in our Giveaways:

1. Each month you receive one of our subscription boxes, make sure to post a picture to Instagram and/or Facebook of the items you received and use #ThemeparkMonthly to be entered into our monthly giveaway.
